Went into the T-Mobile store for a couple questions Natali was great helped answer all my questions super helpful
Walked in the store Natali helped me she was Awsome to work with very informative, honest and patient, BEST customer service I’ve ever had with T-Mobile:)
The people at the store were very not knowledgeable on how T-Mobile does things I don't think any of them had more than a month of experience. They basically refused to help me so I just need to make sure I never go back to this store and just go to the normal ones I go to.
