There was a mixup with billing that caused my phone to be turned off. Matt helped me by getting me a new Sim card and the number to call to reactivate my phone. I was very pleased and have been in the past. They are all pleasant and helpful at this location.

Waited for over 15mins to make a payment and was cut in line when I told associates I was next he said oh well I can only do certain things and proceeded to help two other customers who arrived after me very displeased in customer service
