DO NOT GO HERE Went in today 11/5/17 to ask about a phone promotion I was told about when I signed up. Asked the “manager” and he told me no promotion exists. I told him one of the managers told me about it when I signed up and he responded with “I’m the manager”. He didn’t seem to want to make anything better and when I told him I was going to look into changing to another carrier he said “ok”. Piss poor customer service and nothing but arrogant children working in this store. DO NOT GO HERE! Zero customer service. Zero professionalism.
