We were new to android phones and Niko was fantastic about suggesting which phone(s) to purchase. After setting up multiple lines for a family plan, trading phones, purchasing new phones, transferring carriers, etc. he invited us to come back (it was past closing time) and he taught us the features of our new phones as well as setting up our mail and FB, etc. Everyone in the store was welcoming and gracious even though they knew we were waiting for Niko.
