Unfortunately this was not a great experience. I went in the morning right when they opened up looking to replace my busted phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they were clearly missing all the tools to help me. For starters, they only had budget phones in stock which was surprising and frustrating. Haha Sayeda, the store manager, and AK, the Mobile Expert, are amazing! I didn't qualify for a promotion I saw on the app for some reason, but I spoke to AK after for like 45 minutes! Never met a more wise person. He gives great advice beyond just T-Mobile. I also watched him and the others help other customers; this is a very professional team!
