Came to the T-Mobile store in Englishtown, NJ, had a great service with transferring data from my old phone to the new one with Farah, very experienced and knowledgeable person - thank you, Farah, it was a pleasure to meet with you and get my phone set up with you!
May, Farah, Shota and I can not remember the other guy are amazing. Had the most horrendous experience switching from optimum to the mobile took 2 hours while in the shop. Not to mention me screaming on the phone in the shop. They were amazing at service and over and above calming my mum and I from an arduous call with optimum. Finally they had us out of there in about an hours with new phones, tablets and wifi and no more optimum. Thank you guys for everything and the best service everytime we come in.
Excellent staff, well knowledged, educated, and friendly. I was assisted last week by Farah, very nice, intelligent, and efficient. Also, Sayda. As someone with 20+ years of experience in the service industry, I rarely write complaints, but I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others and ensure T-Mobile is aware of what’s going on at this location.
