Farah was very helpful and patient in helping resolve my issue. I came to the store to address an issues with my T-mobile home internet. She was very patient while calling customer service and had very good ideas and suggestions during the entire time in the store. Farah was also very helpful in explaining the benefits and current promotions T-mobile was having which we are considering using.
