I had an exceptional experience at the T-Mobile store thanks to Aminat! She helped me transfer all 12 of my lines smoothly and efficiently, and her customer service was top-notch. Worst customer service on earth ! The worker whose name I won’t release was literally arguing back with me like she was on a street corner in the Bronx. Someone should teach them to be diplomatic with customers sad because I believe she was a manager. No tact. But I will say the manager Peter was amazing and did have great professional and customer service skills and helped me willingly and was so nice !!! I was in desperate need of a new phone and walked into this particular T Mobile store. I was immediately greeted by the Peter Musella. He offered me assistance as soon as I walked in the door. He thoroughly explained everything about the new IPhone 16. Any future purchases or questions I will be looking for him.
