I went to this location to upgrade two phones. As soon as we entered we were greeted. The salesmen (Mena and Faris) helped us with our phones. They were extremely patient and kind. We got we needed and are very excited about our new phones. Thanks for the help Mena and Faris!
Great customer service
I went in today to upgrade my sons phone through Jump program. I had all the info in my cart already but the website was giving me issues. Total value in my cart to pay was 54.99 after . I was told at the store that we did not have the jump program ( which was incorrect ) and then once that was straightened out they asked me for 200.00. While poking in my phone the Manager deleted my cart. I went home and did everything on line for 54.99. What were they going to do charge me 200.00 and then take the difference !
