Mike was extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time making sure that my needs were met. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
Today, I visited the store to upgrade one of my phones. The store manager, Mike, displayed a very poor attitude and unnecessarily inserted himself into a conversation I was having with one of his coworkers. As a result, he denied me service and even told us to leave the store, directing us to go to any other T-Mobile location. Salesman Kofi was great, came in to add a line and set up my daughter's phone. He answered all our questions and transfered her ipad info to her new phone. Definitely recommend him!
