The review is to relay the outstanding customer service i receive & is displayed at the Rt. 516 Old Bridge T-moble Authorized Dealer. In particular & standing out is Mike. This guy is always willing to help & it's always a pleasure anytime I have an issue I can't solve myself. And he always seems to solve any issues I may happen to have on anyday. Mike was extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time making sure that my needs were met. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
Today, I visited the store to upgrade one of my phones. The store manager, Mike, displayed a very poor attitude and unnecessarily inserted himself into a conversation I was having with one of his coworkers. As a result, he denied me service and even told us to leave the store, directing us to go to any other T-Mobile location.
