Inlay and Randall were professional and effective. They replaced my daughters's broken phone very quickly despite having many other customers.
Good people
Terrible service. The staff convinced me to activate a 5G device to try it, but when I brought it back they refused the return and told me to call T-Mobile and mail it in.
