Terrible service. The staff convinced me to activate a 5G device to try it, but when I brought it back they refused the return and told me to call T-Mobile and mail it in.

Had a warranty exchange phone send to this store for T-mobile the manager(african-american) RANDALL ask me what was wrong I told him that sometimes it charges and I was having a issue so T-mobile decided to send me a phone, MANAGER RANDALL told me he can't do the warranty exchange because it was a port issue so It was not covered i ask him i already told T-mobile and it was covered he told me he's been doing this problems for over 10 years so I laughed and call T-mobile again once I reached them they told me to go Back to th... read more

I’ve spoken to many people at T-Mobile by far. Kenya is the best I can always trust everything she says. She always goes 110%. She’s an A+ employee and deserves a raise.
