The staff here is amazing. Christian initially set up my phone and I had a few bugs at first with my service cause of the phone I had. Mike, Ricardo, Christian, and Daniel all came to the rescue and offered me several different solutions and has made my TMobile experience a great one. I highly recommend these guys if u have or are thinking about getting TMobile
