Store is great. TMobile policies are not. Easy to recommend the store. Awesome staff and quick to answer the small things.
Had an awesome experience a few weeks ago. Long time 20+ year Verizon customer and Android fan that wanted to make the jump to another carrier and to an iPhone. I took my wife and my kitty friend Rhys (Reese) to the store to check out some phones and the plans. My senior citizen parents went to this store to switch carriers and were taken advantage of and were over charged almost $200 on their account. (indian) female manager and (white) male associate with slicked back blond hair. They ended up cancelling my parents accounts and adding a third line without their approval and added various other services and charges.
