My ratings for this store is a 10 and beyond. They where welcoming and very professional..they worked diligently on our phone situation. We have been to other corporate TMobile stores and none have come close to what they have done for us. this staff is amazing I would recommend this store to everyone.😊

Excellent customer service!!! I've been with T-Mobile for about 20 years, so I've been to several Tmobile store locations. The Scotch Plains store is by far the best. Although all the workers are always friendly, Remit is the best!!! She has always given me great service and when TMobile Tech Support was unable to fix my most recent issue, Remit resolved it in a matter of minutes. KUDOS to you Remit!! Thank you!!!
Best customer service experience I have ever had. Ramit went beyond what was expected. Phones were out of stock and she was able to locate and pickup in 2 different stores. She transferred the data and setup all 4 of my phones. Every aspect of the port and new service went smoothly. Ramit is very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn’t go to another cell store under any condition.
