My family and i went in today so that my husband can get an upgrade for his phone. We entered and stood at the entrance for a couple of minutes but no one even greeted us. They looked and kept helping other people so i thought maybe we have to wait. After waiting so long with an 8 and 1 year old i see a man come in and he was greeted and told he would be helped shortly. Great customer service, really helpful and went over everything. Even helped set up phone.
Shouldn't have to be on a waiting list to pay a bill but once it was my turn, received good service
