My family and i went in today so that my husband can get an upgrade for his phone. We entered and stood at the entrance for a couple of minutes but no one even greeted us. They looked and kept helping other people so i thought maybe we have to wait. After waiting so long with an 8 and 1 year old i see a man come in and he was greeted and told he would be helped shortly. Shouldn't have to be on a waiting list to pay a bill but once it was my turn, received good service
