This is the worst TMobile store. Manager here is rude and literally yells at you. When I asked her why she very arrogantly said go complain I don't care. WTF!! Is this how you are going to "Make America great again"?

They suck I will go to any of the T-Mobile store except for them very bad customer service very bad listening skills
Based on me being a loyal customer for years, i was offered a Samsung tablet and as per the Rep i will never have to pay 0 for the tablet or the service that comes with it. Only to find on my current bill that i am charged for services. Tmobile you gotta do better. SCAMMERS
The person that was 'helping me' today was loud, speaking my information regarding my account for all to hear, and kept repeating the same issue even though I told her I heard her the first time... she repeated the info about 5 times....every time I asked a new question! And I had to repeat my questions because clearly she couldn't comprehend the first time!
