This store is the absolute worst- mainly because they can't actually ever do anything for you. They can't even sell you a phone without putting in on a plan. Like what is this 2005? The staff is unable to problem solve because they are hamstrung. They should just do the community a favor and close the doors. This isn't even a real T-Mobile store it's some weird 3rd party deal. went to the simpsonville location and they had no clue in what they were doing but coming here was the best experience i’ve had with t mobile ever! the reps daniel and i think his name was nate or nata were so amazing and helping me get what i need for a new phone with insurance and overall good service definitely recommend coming here!
