TMobile website says I can go to store for returning Internet components, the person at store said I needed to call the 800 number, the person at the 800 number from TMobile said the store should be able to handle the return. The person on phone gave me a shipping label and now I'm going to a UPS store to return the items. Unfortunately it was a terrible unprofessional experience I had at this store in Chester NY.
Chelsea was so helpful. She made everything so easy and just made it an awesome experience.
Definitely needs to work on customer service. Either train better or hire people with customer service experience.
The gentleman helping my mom and I out today was professional and cordial despite being the only staff member onsite and having multiple customers to help at once. Excellent customer service and well worth the visit 👍
