What a great experience! We came into the store with the idea of switching providers and left happy T-mobile customers! The process was very easy, the money we are saving is great, and now we get better reception at our house than we did with Verizon. Katie Klopatek was absolutely wonderful! I went in about a month ago to see if there any promos for trading in my phone where I don't have an increase on my bill. I worked with one of the sales rep who told my my phone would get me full credit for a Pixel 9a so I agreed to trade in. During the process the the t mobile app was showing me that my old phone would only cover half the phone cost but the rep assured me that the app was wrong and that it will correct itself on my first bill and if it does not they will correct it. Ruben is the best. Really kept the “human” in such a big business. Pleased with our experience and hope more people follow his example of excellent customer service and listening skills. This place has a real bad sewage problem. As soon as you walk through those doors you get a blast of sewage and it makes it unbearable to even sit there while I was transferring my data. I felt light headed the whole time and Will NOT be coming back to this location again since they don’t care for their customer’s experience and rather operate their business with such horrid smell as if nothing is happening….
