Worst customer service ever. We needed to add a kids standalone watch. That was a nightmare because the watch isn't actually compatible with the Google parenting app so the battery is drained by mid-morning. During the troubleshooting process, they said that I needed to get a phone or replacement because my Bluetooth wasn't working, fine. I did that. I Stoped at the corporate store in Castle Rock Colorado, and Vince was so empathetic, and kind as well as fantastic professional.
Great service, pricing, and adaptability of the staff. Would recommend this location to any existing or new T Mobile customer.
Katie has an attitude. Coe won’t help resolve customer issues. Corey misleads communication causing customer distress. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION GO SOMEWHERE THAT THEY WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU AND APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.
