My husband and I went into the T-Mobile Store to set up service. The Representative was(Devon). We had previous iPhones that were paid off. However they told us there was a promo to receive new phones with new customers. When we walked out of store they said it was 734.00 for phones and a small monthly fee with our monthly bill. We then the next morning went to return our phones to have lines kept on our original paid phones. And they are charging us $160 for a restocking fees. Never did they mention that. Walkiria is AMAZING!! We had problems with our service plan and she walked us through everything on the app. Outstanding customer service. She is the store manager at the Memphis/Founders location in Castle Rock.
