Terrible customer service on my following visit by Steven.This store has unusual hours that aren't posted online. Abnormally long wait times inside only 2 workers and I was greeted but would appreciate seating if I need to wait a half hour. Super friendly and kind staff but nonetheless the wait time and the lack of seating is dreadful.

We recently switched our cell service to T-Mobile and received excellent customer service from the Manager, Steven Valdez. Steven is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. A winning combination! The switch to T-Mobile was a positive experience because of him. We are happy with our new phones and T-Mobile.

I strongly suggest visiting a corporate location instead. The staff members provided me with misleading information regarding a deal and ultimately only allowed me to trade in my iPhone for a new one, rather than offering a credit towards the cost of the phone. This type of behavior does not foster customer loyalty. Recently, I contacted the location and had to wait for two female employees to emerge from the back.
