I went in to get the new iPhone. Not sure the name of the guy who helped me but he was really nice. However, I specifically told him several times that I did NOT want the insurance on my phone and that was a risk that I was willing to take. Today, I look at my bill and the guy regardless added the insurance. I understand you have to get your sales. I work for sales and this is not ethical. Try getting some better sales training instead of just adding the services customers decline to their bill anyway.
