Stay away from this store, Jose the manager is not at all helpful. Bought a phone and when I left the store decided I really wanted another model. I called Tmobile and order a different phone. They told me to take the return label and package for the phone I did not want to a Tmobile store along with the phone I was trading in (also with label and package) and I would get immediate credit instead of a 30 day wait if mailed. I returned a home internet device within the required 14-day window (please verify the return date) back in August, yet as of December the refund still has not been applied. A promised 20% store discount also remained unapplied for over four months, and I was told it would not be applied retroactively. This 20% discount was a key reason I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and without it, I ultimately ended up paying more than I did with Verizon. I had meant to post this awhile ago but got so busy. Came in to buy a phone and Luciano was so helpful. You can really tell he loves what he does. Awesome service from Luciano!!! Very positive experience! I have googled other sites and this TMobile in Northvale is the best. I have gone to the one in Bergenfield and it is the worst!
My iPhone had a glitch and Luciano was able to help me really quickly
