I just when into this store to buy a new phone and the person at the counter had an attitude all because I had questions on purchasing a new phone. She was on her phone the entire time by the way which to me being the customer you should be more professional.
I ended up buying T-Mobile and then I went back to buy a Google phone and I even got their T-Mobile internet. This is probably one of the worst internets I've ever had. It takes you an hour to get them on the phone. They don't know what they're doing over there and they're always submitting documents to technical. I literally have one bar on my house internet right now. During the holidays I would not buy into their system. Their system is not great in the Bronx and they don't care
They never answer the phone. The phone will ring multiple times and no one would answer. I go by the store and see a few workers but not one person can answer the phone
Store has good customer service specially this bori I forgot he’s name , but boy that guy omg ! lol you’ll leave out the store happy guarantee 👍 keep up the good work guys
