Just make sure to get a proper and full explanation of what you getting and charged for before leaving this third party store, young lady didn't know what she was doing nor saying when it comes to engaging, building a relation and closing a deal. Next time just go to an official T-mobile store.

Horrible experience here. In August 2023 i went to get a watch for my son. Ashley told me the wifi was $30/month due to a promotion. I took the deal and found out in September, when i checked my bill, that it was actually $40/month. She also told me that, due to a different special deal, i could get 2 mini tablets for free. I asked her several times if there were additional fees or if they were truly free. Again and again, she reassured me they were truly free.
