Steve and Alexis were outstanding today. Although I went in with a few friends because they were collecting their T-mobile Tuesday benefits they were handling business today aside of that. I appreciate the customer they displayed. So I want to shout them out and say Thank you for helping my friend today.
I visited the T-Mobile store at 700 Exterior Street in the Bronx today around 4:30 PM to complete a business account setup and port my existing T-Mobile number. I had already begun the process over the phone and was specifically instructed to visit the store to verify my identification and business documents.
