I had a terrible experience in this location with Steve Molina when went to pay my phone bill. he was so rude, he didn't want to assist me and literally shut the door on my face.
Very satisfied customer. Thanks to Steve who guided me, and shared his wisdom on which phone was suitable for my needs. I am very happy with my new phone.
If I could give 0 stars I would, my father an I walked in to ask about his service that it has been very bad and the attendant said” we only sell we are not a repair shop” How can you speak like that to an elderly man who is so confused using his phone, we wanted to do an upgrade and the attitude was just too much I know they don’t do repairs but that’s not the way to treat your customers Never coming back here
