Sales person lied about a promotion going on back in December. She stated by upgrading to the newest IPhone I can receive a free Apple Watch or AirPods. Now I’m being charged for the device on my bill. Store denies this promotion and says the employee no longer works for the company so they won’t be able to help.
There is a girl with a nasty attitude that does not even look at the system when you have problem and she is even watching videos on her phone
Every time I’m in here the girls have an attitude. They also give me incorrect information time and time again. I got a screen protector, they say I have to go to a corporate store for the replacement screen if it cracks, which I knew wasn’t true. Went to other T-Mobile stores and they confirmed they could replace it for me. Now I came to return the wifi from T-Mobile, the girl says it’s the fifteenth day so I can’t return it in store.
