What an amazing experience that me and my family had today at the T-mobile store in baychester. Derick the customer service rep their was so helpful took his time and made sure we walk away with smiles and a new iPhone 17 for my daughter. He was so professional we even upgraded our Apple Watches to the ultra 3 now that’s what I call good service! Thank you for the experience Derick by blessed.
The service associate who assisted my daughters and me was excellent.
