Bad service, I phone takes no SIM card, still proceeds to give me a SIM card with no eSIM for set up

I went to the store today because I wanted to finish paying off my phone, and thankfully Moises was the one who assisted me. Such a nice, funny and charismatic guy. He answered all my questions transparently and he speak Spanish too!! Very satisfied with today’s visit !
