Rude and inattentive staff.
Horrible incompetence service they refuse to give you pricing on anything or even help you out and access your account unless you download the app and open an account with them . The “manager” kept insisting that everything is digital and I needed to download the app for her to provide a paying customer any help .
I really love this location for t mobile tuesday stuff but it'll become my favorite location now Because my friend chris was a perfect gentleman and was very helpful with my t mobile tuesday Item
They were very helpful to me and my cuz and very polite
Derek was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving my situation quickly and without wasting my time or me getting frustrated. I also observed him speaking non-English speaking clients and he was very professional.
