The sales associate Navin at the t mobile store at 2174 White Plains Rd Bronx NY 10462 is the most nicest person i have ever come across. I've visited at&t , Verizon, metro pcs and total wireless stores in the past and they were NEVER kind to me. This man answered all my questions, he helped me with everything about my phone. I wasn't even going to purchase a new phone or plan. But because of this man that went out his way to help me, I just had to. I've been a long t mobile customer but I was only pre paid.
