Three months ago we came into this tmobile store to trade in our phones that are 4 years old. The representative had us in the store for 2.5 hours. Charged us activation fees for phones to find out our plan didn’t allow us the deal for the trade in. We had to wait 10 days to get a refund I of the money. Now today we go in around 7:18pm. Trying to find out what plan we can change to to get the upgrade. The representative with EHR in their nametag said we should wait until September until the new version comes out.
