Bad customer service. I was there needing help to address to open an Tmobil account. The lady just sat there like a boss, don't even bother to ask me for my information and said could not find my t mobile info. If she is not able to find my info, I would rather call T-Mobile customer service. And the manager came and said I was frustrated. And kind like "educated" me and speaking on the lady staff's behalf. I did not have a good experience there!
