One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The "manager", Jean Paul, has no control over what goes on in his store, he's extremely incompetent and unapologetically unhelpful. He was unable to solve a problem created by T-mobile's telephonic customer service (and not by me). His solution was for me to call them up and solve the problem myself.
