I dreaded walking into this T-Mobile for over a year. My Galaxy 9 kept freezing up and shutting down all of the time. So I took a deep breath and made the decision to get a new one. Once I opened the door I was greeted by Celemente Collado, which is the Retail Associate Manager. He was so nice and gave me plenty of great options to choose from.
