They made my upgrade process very smooth
Worst experience of my life! I came in Monday to upgrade my phone and the lady put in the wrong address for my house and because of that they couldn’t find my address and my new phone had to be shipped back to the warehouse. Everyone at this location has a nasty attitude and when I asked her how much will I have to pay if I trade in my phone she told me to go do the math and rolled her eyes at me.
