This store is super unprofessional and ratchet. I came in because I needed a new Sim card, passed around to another employee to help unlock my Sim. The T-Mobile employee Arturo Navigated through my T-life app, couldn't figure out. Deleted the app, had to re-download it only to be locked out of my account. No consent, no walk through on what was happening and took it upon himself to do so. Thanks for the shitty experience, now I have to wait 24 hours to access my account again.
