Worst costumer service they have there. I did a claim over the phone and they send me a new device to that stored and the fat guy dint want to give it to me which i order spoke to tmobile over the phone to bring the old one in and they give me a new one but the guy insists not to give it to me worts stored ever and worst costumer service
I found my phone cheaper at Best Buy. Google Pixel 6a
Worst customer service ever! Especially from the tattooed young woman, she was very disrespectful and told me I wasted her time because I had a few questions on the purchase of the new iPhone. Imagine genuinely needing help and instead receiving rude comments and unnecessary attitude, she was literally rushing me to make a purchase … felt very scammy!
This store stinks. I went in there to ask a question about a damaged phone. The manager, I assume , the short round face man was rude and disrespectful. Would not let me tell my story, he didn't want to take the time . I 've had a T Mobile account at this store for at least 15 or more years. Seriously considering switching to Spectrum. No excuse for bad customer service.
