As a longtime Harlem resident, I feel compelled to share what an exceptional experience I had at the T-Mobile store located at 145th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard in New York City. From the moment I walked in until the time I exited, the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every young lady on the team was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Awful experience. The sales tech, Kayla, was dishonest, encouraging me to switch my grandfathered plan for one that would give more, only to discover months later that I had been given the most expensive plan with no added perks. Disappointing!
I would give a zero be careful going in there they lie in there my brother went to get home Internet they gave him a price and come to find out the added a voice line with no data on it. My brother been paying for a line with no knowledge it was there if he didn't loose his job and couldn't pay his bill we would've have never know this if we didn't go to another location to see where the extra fees coming from. I didn’t like their attitudes while giving me my Wi-Fi. They kept telling me to KNOCK AT THEM IF I NEEDED TO STEP outside and inside WITH MY KIDS AND DO NOT GO THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR.! THEY WOULD SMACK THEIR LIPS IF I DID NOT GO THROUGH THE RIGHT DOOR. SUPPOSEDLY THEY HAVE A SENSOR AT THE FRONT DOOR. They even smacked their lips over a 6 -year-old / my SON. I'm a long-time T-Mobile customer who came to the store in person yesterday, asking about the iPhone 17 Pro. Well, an extremely knowledgable, extremely understanding, extremely kind (i'm not even sure wch of these attributes i appreciate most) employee named Carlos not only educated me impeccably about the new phone, he also discovered a way for me to get a new T-Mobile router while reducing my monthly internet cost.
