I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience at a T-Mobile store. My visit was unfortunately marked by a significant lack of customer service. Upon entering, I did not receive a greeting or any offer of assistance from staff members the interactions I did have were characterized by an unprofessional demeanor (lazy and very rude) from the employees, suggesting a lack of job satisfaction or training in customer service best practices. I’m deaf and when I went to open my account the young lady Dawn was patient and took time to use her phone to type her questions and let me write her and was patience to explain to my son so he can translate in sign language I was not push away but was service amazing and today my husband and daughter went in because phone for daughter wasn’t working and once again Dawn service my husband with patience n type about the issue she found what’s wrong and able to get daughter phone working.. I give Dawn 100 stars if I could
The young lady Dawn was amazing in helping me she took her time to show me how to use my phone and always has a smile of her face and always greets me respectfully this store is amazing and Dawn is super awesome
Terrible experience. The staff was rude, unwilling to listen, and made no effort to help. To top it off, they locked the doors 10 minutes before closing. Lost a customer for good.
Very helpful and excellent customer service! Been t-mobile with 16 years, no complaints whatsoever.
