The worst T-Mobile store ever the customer service at that store sucks
The whole staff that was working on 9/24/16 during the evening should be fired!!!!! How do you listen to music and tell customers you are going to chill while there's a line forming ON THE JOB. Each transaction took 10 minutes or longer because they talk amongst each other the whole time. Worst experience ever, the workers are very rude and have little customer service. Seriously you guys should consider hiring new people.
