This is not a T-Mobile Company Store, this is an authorize dealer that attempts to sell you service they make money, not service you need or want. The Company store rep gave me exactly what I wanted. no games

I gave one star so that I can write something they didn't even deserve a star. I went in to review my account. The manager Lucy acting like she was doing me a favor and scream at me. I have never been treated so badly, Where's the customer services, t mobile!!!

I just came back for my phone upgrade on Sunday and decided on the iPhone 16 Pro and I’m so happy with it. I went back to the same associate that walked me through the process and promotional offer. Tenzin really took the time to ensure the transfer from my old iPhone and to the new one was smooth & seamless. He was helping me and other customers at the same time, but didn’t leave me hanging and checked in on my transfer process every 2-5 minutes.
