Great service from Bruno, very patient and friendly
Went in to pay my bill with self service machine & it was down. Rep tells me they shut them off on weekends ?? Why? If you're open it should always be available, I don't understand the logic here...
Make sure you go to Chanel for all of your T Mobile billing and device needs... She's great!
Does not provide good customer service! As with most T-Mobile customers the stores help charge your phone, this one denied service!!
Customer service here is not very good! As with most stores as a customer courtesy they charge your phone if needed - they denied the service!! Not good! Will not shop at this store!
