Worst customer service ever. Sent a broken phone. Then my husband spent 2.5 hours in store with a promise that new phone would be shipped overnight by Kurt S. in home office. Just called to make sure phone was shipped and representative in Manila said they have no record of it! Don't transfer your phones...BIG SCAM
Noticed the phone recycle bin , full Of phones and cords, in the trash heap outside the store tonight. Horrible!
