Jonathan at the 869 8th Avenue location helped me upgrade my phone today. I'm new to upgrading and not a sophisticated buyer, but Jonathan explained all of the options and helped me select a phone. He also explained the features, showed me how to use them, taught me how to set up the phone and transferred all my contacts, photos, apps, and texts to my new phone. He is a knowledgeable sales rep and a good teacher, and an asset to TMobile.
