We went into T-Mobile to pick up an order and were helped by Nick, who is the assistant manager. While reviewing our account, he recommended switching plans because he said he could get us a cheaper monthly bill. He also suggested adding two tablets as part of a promotion. He calculated everything in front of us and told us our total bill would be about $280/month after taxes. Based on that information, we agreed to make the changes. Horrible service. Was lied too, and had to go to another store right down the street to figure all this out.
So T-Mobile robbed me. They pressured me into a service I did not want. Would not let me buy another phone at Walmart. And after a year of my business when I canceled. Called and deactivated they sent me a hidden $7.00 fee after my final payment to cancel the line. Which in their words was compounded interest up to $155.00 which was sent to my credit report. Horrible experience- added things to my bill without my permission- this location should be shut down
Jamie was very helpful. I had a very complex and unique situation and he worked diligently with me and my girlfriend to solve our issue, regardless of it taking hours. Great atmosphere in the store and will be switching service to T-Mobile because of him. Thank you
