**Over a year later and I was still finding ways that I was screwed over by Michaels service and then on top of that T Mobile notified me they were canceling my old plan (that I had to switch back to because of this store). I switched to Verizon and my whole bill was $80 CHEAPER -AND- I have an extra line for my iPad. Loyalty means nothing anymore, price shop and switch as often as you need to to get the best prices, guys. Do not go here. Went there because t mobile could not set up my new Galaxy Ultra 2 watch. I was on the phone for an hour with them and they finally told me to go to the store. I went there on a Thursday around 6 pm and there was a out a half hour wait until they could see me. All I can say is the person that helped me was a genius. There was 1 other person working there and he had to keep asking my guy questions. I know his name but he had a knee brace on and was walking with a crutch. Anyways he was like a magicians. We went into T-Mobile to pick up an order and were helped by Nick, who is the assistant manager. While reviewing our account, he recommended switching plans because he said he could get us a cheaper monthly bill. He also suggested adding two tablets as part of a promotion. He calculated everything in front of us and told us our total bill would be about $280/month after taxes. Based on that information, we agreed to make the changes.
