Jamie was very helpful. I had a very complex and unique situation and he worked diligently with me and my girlfriend to solve our issue, regardless of it taking hours. Great atmosphere in the store and will be switching service to T-Mobile because of him. Thank you

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I came in to get help switching my line off my parents’ account and had one of the most unprofessional in-store experiences I’ve ever had. The employee assisting me was on FaceTime with her boyfriend the entire time, repeatedly saying “hold on babe” while trying to help me. After a long wait while a disgruntle cashier cursed out the customer in front me I waited patiently only for a customer to come into the store long after me and be seen before me. Whether it's a matter of racism I'm not sure but after waiting only to be put on hold for those who came in before me it definitely made me feel uncomfortable to ever bother returning to that location ever again
