After a long wait while a disgruntle cashier cursed out the customer in front me I waited patiently only for a customer to come into the store long after me and be seen before me. Whether it's a matter of racism I'm not sure but after waiting only to be put on hold for those who came in before me it definitely made me feel uncomfortable to ever bother returning to that location ever again

I’ve been there multiple times to replace my iphone 16 pro max screen protector which by the way paid $60+ dollars to be able to get screen replaced anytime it cracks - every time I go to finally switch my screen case they claim they don’t have any. It’s a different story every time. They stop you right at the door, extremely unprofessional. This is the worst tmobile location I’ve been too.
I love this T-Mobile store! When I had to make the switch from Verizon Zay N made that process go smoothly for me. He went over everything the plan had to offer me as well as how it would benefit me in saving money. I walked away that day with a new carrier, 3 trackers, an iPad and a watch for the same price I was paying at Verizon for just my phone!! I want to shoutout Zay for being so patient, ambitious, knowledgeable, and having a rockstar personality! 10/10 recommend coming here and working with Zay!
(they scammed me) today it's been a week since I went to that store and the representative offered me a plan for 4 lines and told me that T-Mobile would pay the bill I had with my previous line which was the last month's debt from a contract I had with Verizon, and one with Exfinity, now it turns out that T-Mobile is not going to pay my Verizon or Infinity bill, I'm switching to T-Mobile and I feel scammed because now I received my bill from the previous companies and I went to the store and the gentlemen told me that T-Mobi... read more
