I was there 2 months ago and it took me a while to catch on I wanna say the lady that helped me I remembered being great but I got scammed I was told my bill would be one thing and it was more expensive I was told I would get a watch and tablet for free and it was a lie I’m paying for service with both of them when I was told I wouldn’t be I was told there would be no charge for the devices and that was also a lie now I can’t return devices and I’m stuck with them when the tablet sucks and barely works anyways I got scammed ... read more

Zey (maybe it was spelt Zay) was amazing, I came in at like 730 this evening and he very carefully and diligently helped me put new screen protectors on both my iPhone 16 and iPad Air while in between helping another customer… 10/10 customer service all the time…
Do not go here. One of the salespeople offered to see if he could upgrade my phones and plan to try to get it close to my current bill. He, in the most “sleazy car salesman move” put me on the first responder plan WHICH I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF UNTIL I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PROVE I WAS OR LOSE THE DISCOUNTS. The trade in for my phones was also not applied the way he said they were. I have NEVER once felt like a T-Mobile sales rep has tried to pull a fast one on me in the past 10 years I’ve had T-Mobile.
