My daughter and I made the big switch to T-Mobile tonight. Despite the anxiety over choosing to make this big change, the two staff really made this effortless. I was there 2 months ago and it took me a while to catch on I wanna say the lady that helped me I remembered being great but I got scammed I was told my bill would be one thing and it was more expensive I was told I would get a watch and tablet for free and it was a lie I’m paying for service with both of them when I was told I wouldn’t be I was told there would be no charge for the devices and that was also a lie now I can’t return devices and I’m stuck with them when the tablet sucks and barely works anyways I got scammed ... read more
