I love this T-Mobile store! When I had to make the switch from Verizon Zay N made that process go smoothly for me. He went over everything the plan had to offer me as well as how it would benefit me in saving money. I walked away that day with a new carrier, 3 trackers, an iPad and a watch for the same price I was paying at Verizon for just my phone!! I want to shoutout Zay for being so patient, ambitious, knowledgeable, and having a rockstar personality! 10/10 recommend coming here and working with Zay!

My daughter and I made the big switch to T-Mobile tonight. Despite the anxiety over choosing to make this big change, the two staff really made this effortless. I wish I could remember the staff who explained our soon-to-be new plan, because he was very well versed in what it was that we could opt for.
