We have been loyal customers of T-Mobile for several years, however, this company does not value the safety and protection of its employees. Managers, such as Travis Rubenhold, have continuously expressed their lack of willingness to guide/mentor their teams, demonstrate possible discrimination, and promote a toxic work environment which trickles down to the customer. We truly don’t wish to share business with these types of companies that continue to ignore its leadership roles and who runs them.
I am no longer a "fan". I recently had to cancel my postpaid account due to money issues. My bill was finalized on the 18th but received a call from a collection agency today the 21st before I even received my final bill. It has already shown up on my credit report and dropped my score by 67 points. What did T-Mobile customer service say? We went to this location today and Ulissis and Jay (or Ray) were amazing! They went above and beyond to get my husband into an iPhone X. We live in Lemoore and were in the area for some shopping. We didn’t plan on getting a phone but because of the deal and these two awesome representatives we were able to do so! Thank you for your great commitment to your customers! Y’all rock!
The guys are funny and cool to joke with but they take 4 hours working on your phone...they need to take there job more serious and less cutting around in the store...... Justin and Travis seem to be o.k!!!! Justin more than any of them...... Lawrence was o.k till he forced a crappy phone on me..... Now Im hating T-Mobile Thx to this LG crap phone...... Why can't I just get my Samsung galaxy S5 phone back.......
