I was so frustrated with my phone and really didn't want to have to buy a new one. To my surprise, there eas no line and I got help immediately. Omar said that he would help me. I explained how gradually nothing was working....he took a few minutes and fixed it- ALL of it!!! I didn't have to buy a new phone! He also did not make me feel foolish. I'm older and phones are like a foreign language to me. I don't know what you did Omar but you fixed it. Thank you.
