The store manager Kim very unhelpful Send me to another store to exchange my phone told me he explained the situation to them. Waited in the other store for an hour for nothing. Called him back he was clearly didn’t care about customers. I even told him I’m going to report him. He said you could do whatever you want with no care. after 24 years with T-Mobile, I’m considering going to a different company because of this bad experience from this store
This location was amazing. Nick assisted and went above and beyond in helping me out and setting up my account exactly how I needed . I’m truly happy with the service!
