My daughter went in with her new phone to transfer all her information over, and it was a complete disaster. Took several hours and the transfer was not completed. In addition, the employee somehow shut my cell service off. DON'T GO HERE, GO TO THE T-MOBILE ON 441.
I don’t recommend T-Mobile and specifically this location. They have like 10 people working most days and 95% of them don’t know what they’re doing. I transferred my 4 lines over from Verizon one month ago and there’s been nothing but issues with not porting the numbers over correctly, given contradicting information about reimbursements and the list goes on and on. Came in to get a new phone. The store rep told me that I can get half off the price of the phone with trade in of my old phone. So I said sure and got the new phone. T Mobile sends me the envelope and I pack up my old phone and mail it in only to find out that they gave me $50 off. So the new phone of $500 I thought I was getting for $250 but only got for $450 and they didn't even deduct a full $50 they want to apply small credits so I can't pay it off in full without losing that $50 credit. The store manager Kim very unhelpful Send me to another store to exchange my phone told me he explained the situation to them. Waited in the other store for an hour for nothing. Called him back he was clearly didn’t care about customers. I even told him I’m going to report him. He said you could do whatever you want with no care. after 24 years with T-Mobile, I’m considering going to a different company because of this bad experience from this store
