I have never personally been to the store. Less than 1 mile from our home. However, after reading the most recent reviews from the last YEAR this place is a cancer. There is no way I would bring my wife of 30 years to this business after reading the last 10 reviews. From the deception, detailed by each customer. I always use this location. Because the staff is very attentive and professional
I’m once again convinced that the staff in this office are completely unqualified. They can’t handle even the most basic tasks -account setup, settings, checking or updating T-Mobile account information. Professionalism is zero. It feels like this isn’t a T-Mobile service office at all, but just a store run by people who have no idea what their job actually is. Honestly, they would probably do better selling cookies that seems more suited to their skill level
If I could leave a zero star I would. We were there for 1.5 hrs as we were told numerous times by several employees that we could add a line for free. Only on closing the transaction was the store manager called by an employee. The manager gets on the phone and tells us it’s not free. No apology from the manager either. Do NOT go here.
This is the worst store you can go to for service, they had Miguel and two other representatives who were laughing the whole time, speaking Spanish thinking we couldn’t understand, I was trying to buy a new phone and add a line and they messed up my whole account, added a new number and disconnected my phone so I didn’t have any service for days. DO NOT RECOMMEND, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!
