The staff has no training. Took a phone to the store for a sim card. Agent told me t mobile Sim can't work in that phone, when to another t mobile and I got the Sim in 5 minutes. Also only 2 Agent working so the wait is super long. Will not be going back.
Kenny was extremely helpful, was able to advocate a plan switch and new phones for my family paying LESS than before! Amazing service here with the new management 💪🏽
