Very courteous
This is the worst Tmobile store I ever stepped foot on. To begin with you can walk in the store and no one will acknowledge you have entered, maybe in hopes that you will leave! Ashley, the manager is one of the rudest and unsensitive managers I've ever met. She absolutely doesn't care about customer service! T-mobile needs to take a closer look at this store. Worst experience in this store. After 12 years I’ll be going to AT&T due to the lack of care provided by Ashley and her team. T-moblile advertise that they provide the best customer experience but they don’t train their employees to deliver a good experience. The team is disqualified and they plain do not care about the customer experience!
After 10 years with T mobile, I will be moving to Verizon. It really only takes one terrible experience, which is what I recieved at this location. Ashley was unprofessional and the opposite of helpful.
