Was a new customer about 2 months ago. Julee who is no longer there sold me on $35 a month plus Apple. She lied and then I received my invoice and it was $59. She told me she had a credit for me in the system which was another lie. I went back again and a short female manager Ilya told me it would be $45 without Apple. She was straight forward and honest and I think T Mobile brought Ilya in the Tuscany shopping center location to clean the mess the prior manager and Julee made. A super complicated situation was dealt with compassionately by staff at this store. It took time and patience but everything was resolved in the best possible way. Thanks Angel and staff.
Older man that works there was very unhelpful and not willing to help or look into the problem we were having. I would recommend a location that’s not this one.
Worst place in USA ,you have the Luis /Colombian - Peruvian ultra slow ultra talking Inspector Clouseau who never shut up generally so slow ,unprofessional 4 th world hobbo who will cost you 2 hours of waiting with no solution afterwards,and of course supported by some classic Puerto Rican /Dominican manager Angel whatever this insect name was of that arrogant ugly unshaven 3 world cockroach was (worst species in FL )Unfortunately they already destroyed the good reputation of that other store down to Atlantic next turnpike!... read more
