The female working today I believe her name started with a D , on 3/10/25 around 3-4pm seemed very uninterested with assisting me. The whole time she was playing with her hair and chewing something loud, I would have went with the transaction with her but her lack of customer service made me decide I would keep my phone. She was so terrible I drove to the T-Mobile in Victorville and the customer service from there was 10 times better especially with Michael.
I came for a warranty exchange and they were able to help me. Very friendly people
