Amazing customer service
They stole money from me literally. I called asked for WiFi. The lady put wrong addresses it was sent back to them. They charged me $167.71. I called made a complaint asked for the device or my refund they said they don’t cover my address even though the address was one number off. Said they would refund me my money it’s been 2 months and I never received the devise or money. I called they said they do cover my area and would send another device. Still confused on what I should do.
