Don't go here to set up new services. The girl that helped me explained nothing and just wanted the commission. I was asking her questions and she couldn't answer a simple qiestion. I got the phones for free and paid $100 in person and then ended up getting a bill for $300 which was not explained to me. I had to spend a lot of time with customer service and go into a different store in order to set my phones up correctly. If you can go into a REAL retail store do that! Quick and fast had me out in less than an hour last time I got a new phone it took hours! Great service
I give out very few one star reviews, but after repeated visits to this location, they always "have their hands tied" and can never help. They can sell you product, but they cannot help you with any issue. Avoid this store at all costs.
Terrible service. They tell you the phones are free, but the very next month, they send you a bill with an extra charge for them.
