I totally forgot how bad the help is at this location, I went to get some help and of course no help. No one there is helpful and are willing to help at all. They need to close this store if they can’t help then why are they open. The people just standing around doing nothing if you ask them to call T-Mobile for you they say they can’t to go to corporate 🤔🙄really then why are you even there😡. This store doesn’t even deserve a star

Don't go here to set up new services. The girl that helped me explained nothing and just wanted the commission. I was asking her questions and she couldn't answer a simple qiestion. I got the phones for free and paid $100 in person and then ended up getting a bill for $300 which was not explained to me. I had to spend a lot of time with customer service and go into a different store in order to set my phones up correctly. If you can go into a REAL retail store do that!
