This is NOW the best T-mobile on this side of the earth!
Went in to see about getting new phones, and were told be the man at the computer that we had to do it thru the app. He and a girl there just stood there and offered no help. They are useless. Perhaps some customer service training by t-mobile would be helpful. Might as well have been an unmanned location.
I totally forgot how bad the help is at this location, I went to get some help and of course no help. No one there is helpful and are willing to help at all. They need to close this store if they can’t help then why are they open. The people just standing around doing nothing if you ask them to call T-Mobile for you they say they can’t to go to corporate 🤔🙄really then why are you even there😡. This store doesn’t even deserve a star
