I had a very bad experience at this T-mobile store. I was signed up for a phone that I NEVER received, and I am still being charged for it. This was never properly explained to me, and I did not agree to pay for a device I do not even have. I have tried to fix this issue, but no one has taken responsibility or provided a real solution. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Customers should be very careful and always double-check evrything before leaving triste store

I walked in to the Belvidere store to buy a new phone for my stepson. I was ready to pull out my card and buy whatever he wanted. There was this kid was unruly hair and glasses sporting whiskers masquerading as a beard and mustache. He was incredibly rude and would not help me because we were already T-Mobile customers. Told me that they don't do 'upgrades' in the store. Told him I just wanted to buy new, still wouldn't help

I’ll preface this review by saying I’ve never written a poor review, but these people are commission based scammers and need to be called out. First off, this location is an authorized retailer and you should go to a legit T Mobile store instead. I’ll break down how the scam works in hopes you can avoid them. A staff member will try to give you “free promotional” air tag products when you purchase a phone. They are not free and they will be billed on your monthly installments, and those air tags will be charged as a new line... read more
