Basically four guys doing nothing to help the customer. Went to try to upgrade my phone and after waiting for :20 minutes they say the system is down. Useless
Customer Service lied about the refund. Never again I will do a deal with TMobile again. I paid activation fee twice. The manager told me to come back and he will give me my money back. I go back and the employee told me that they dont give money back only credit. If I paid twice for one fee I want my money back not credit
