I went to the store and was helped by Khennie, without a doubt the best employee. She's very helpful, friendly, and efficient at resolving any questions or problems. Great customer service!!
As a first-time customer, I am overly impressed with this T-Mobile! From the moment I walked in, everyone was smiling and genuinely eager to help. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience. I was clearly told—both by customer service over the phone and by a store manager when I called ahead—that I would be able to return my T-Mobile 5G Gateway device. I relied on that information, only to show up and be told I could not return it after all. Not only did this waste my time, but it feels like I was blatantly misled.
