We came here today after coming from Campbell Drive store with a horrible experience. this store was a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. Anthony helped us so much and was wonderfully patient with all the questions we had for him. We went in for one phone, but with his expertise, we came out with 3 phones, 2 watches, and some airpods. He's a great salesman with an amazing attitude. 10/10 experience!!
I walked in today to inquire about getting a second line but it was to hot inside store, and due to my hypertension I decided to walk out to avoid heat stroke.
A big thank you to this store. If I could give 10 stars I would, they were so nice and welcoming. After going to two other tmobile stores and nothing but confusion. Anthony was AMAZING he helped my mom with my dads phone who has recently passed away, he helped her so much and figured out the issue. If you have any problems or need any technical assistance definitely this is the store to go. A BIG SHOUT OUT 💫
