Went there yesterday with my mom to upgrade my little sisters phone. Upon entering the establishment no one greeted us. In fact we had to walk around aimlessly until right before we were about to find somewhere to sit because we realize this was going to take a while. A few weeks ago I went to this tmobile looking to change my company, Natalia attended me and I must say that one of the best experiences I have had in my life, I was with her for about 4 hours and it felt super good because I spent most of the time laughing with her, what a funny girl, good and well prepared in her profession, a thousand times I recommend this store and go see Natalia
