The sales and tech person Jason that helped me on Tuesday July 22, 2025 was wonderful. He helped set up my new phones. It’s not often to find a young person with so much knowledge and patience. It made a stressful situation of getting new phones set up a positive situation.

Workers sitting here doing nothing while I’m trying to pay a bill. Said he’s helping a customer. When the customer is still undecided and all I need to do is pay a bill. Takes 60 seconds but he doesn’t seem to want to work. The guy looks like he’s sleeping while standing there in silence for last 10 mins. Then they can’t take my payment anyway because the register was broken

I was so impressed with the store manager. He was so helpful he is definitely an asset to the store.

I’ve been struggling with this store and had enough of them. I have been dealing with them for a whole year exactly and they have promised a lot and fulfilled none of it. You have made my life a living hell. I was promised an insider code and received nothing. I was promised the Go 5G Next plan and it was never applied till 6 months later. You never gave me back my promotion I’m am missing six months of credits for my trade ins.
