This place is the worst. I switched from Verizon because they said they’ll be giving me new phones. I have new phones now but no service no internet. I can be stranded in places and not have a hint of internet. They charge me a different amount every month and it’s always more than what it’s supposed to be. I go in to talk to them and they hide in their back office and don’t come out till I leave. I try to cancel and they make me call an AI that doesn’t take my info right. Just avoid Tmobile like the plague. I live at Jersey Shore, and the service is awful on t-mobile here. Home internet is a router with cell signal, and it wasn't working steadily. I returned it all and they're trying to make me pay for the phone 2X. Crazy. Avoid t mobile. Verizon works great here. No problems at all.
We came into the store 3/29 in the afternoon. Antonio helped us pick out a new iPhone, explained all savings they were offering and did all of the data transfers and erased the old phone. He answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us. He was fantastic, kind and very helpful. A+ we recommend T-Mobile on rt 33 and especially Antonio. Thank you!
