Terrible customer service! Worst customer service I've ever received. This is the only review I have ever written in my life because of how awful it was. The manager was rude, ignorant, and power tripin. I was literally blackmailed by her to be "educated on their policy" because I told her I wasn't happy with the situation. She refused to remedy the situation until she insisted I listened to her ramble on about nonsense for 3 to 4 minutes. The replacement screen protector policy was the issue. This is worst T-Mobile store i have ever visited. Customer service is extremely bad. Forget about offering a service, they need maturity and professionalism to work with customers. No greetings...No smiles...Nothing. There manager (pratik)is pathetic in answering questions. I better go to the kiosk available beside food court in the mall.
Not a fan of this location they never have what I’m looking for in stock And the workers are rude
