Thanks you Yami for your outstanding support on transferring my data into my New Samsung galaxy fold 8 phone and removing spam software for these annoying ads. also, thanks you for your support with my wife phone too! We are 100 percent, satisfy with your service, Keep up the great job!!! Two thumb up. 👍 JM and MF 😊
Yami helped so much! She patiently answered my questions and persisted in finding the technical problems with my phone...and fixed them. I'm delighted with the results.
Horrible customer service. Wouldn't even let us speak and refused to call customer service when we asked them to do it.
Today we stopped by the T-Mobile store! We were helped by an employee named Andrew, who not only assisted us but also gave us some great advice—I highly recommend him. We left the T-Mobile store in a great mood.
