I had a horrible experience at another TMobile location where they added a phone line to my account without my knowledge and a few other deceitful things. My husband and I went to the corporate store in Feasterville not knowing what to expect. We were very fortunate to have had Andrew help us. He listened to what had transpired at the other location, understood and then went above and beyond fixing everything that had been done. I was just in your mobile store and was having a lot of problems with my phone. This extremely kind gentleman by the name of Kevin was so kind and helped me with everything. I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by the team at the T-Mobile corporate store located at 188 E Street Rd, Feasterville Trevose, PA 19053. Their professionalism and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend visiting a corporate T-Mobile store for a superior customer experience.
Avoid this store at all costs!!! Went there last December and was told I could get three new iPhone 16 models and transfer my three lines from Verizon over to T-Mobile with a promise of cost around $175 per month. Since then my monthly bills have been $330, $158, $259 and $259 - nowhere near the $175 I was promised. In addition, they forced 3 tracking devices on me saying I had to take them to be eligible for the best monthly discount adding I would never be charged for them.
