I had the worst experience in this store. I had a problem with T mobile for 4 days and was on calls with them for many hours. Finally, we got new phone and come to store to pick up phone and the representative didn't give me a phone and cancelled order, because they told they don't like my tone. However, i spoke to them normally and not screaming. They probably expect that i will tell how great they are , but of course i was not glad after 4 days of phone calls and such disrespectful behavior. Nobody wanted to help me. Erica... read more

Janessa’s customer service skills are flawless. My new iPhone finally came in the mail! I ordered it because I wanted the green one. Janessa helped me set it up, but she also made my life so much easier. I wear hearing aids and my hearing aids are paired with my phone, on an app so I can adjust them depending on background noise.
