Really rough start. The person I interacted with initially confused me with another customer, telling me I did not have the authority to pick up my own order - before double checking. Honest mistake, but sloppy. I can`t say that I appreciated that he rushed through the device transfer, and didn`t give me any discretion on what was transferred. Otherwise, the process was fairly quick, and everything was complete in under an hour - and I was given a ton of flexibility with my device trade in.
Today I was assisted by a retail sales associate named Yami. She was incredibly helpful, offering professional advice on purchasing a new phone. I really appreciated her friendliness, kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Thank you very much for excellent service.

Had a great experience at the T-Mobile Experience Store. The store was clean, modern, and easy to navigate, with a good selection of phones and accessories. I recently left my parent line and got a brand new phone and I got scammed, im 18 years old in college and I pay for my own car, when fhe guy told me how much I would be paying a month I though wow okay its not bad, so months go by and im paying twice that, I went back in ghe spare multiple times and they keep telling me that they forgot to apply some discount code or something and its excuse after excuse. I would leave tmobile, im looking for a better place that doesnt charge me $200 for one phone
