I came to the store to buy five phones for my company. The manager made a decision to skip me and serve the person who came after. When I asked why she is not helping me, the answer was that to provide service for me will take longer time, so I should wait. Since when customer service is provided on a back of longevity of a time you have to spend with the customer???? I am a customer of T-Mobile for more than 20 years, this is how you treat us???? Still waiting, let’s see …….

Promised a free phone to pick up. customer care said it was in stock.the person waiting on me would not give me his name after he told me it was not in stock.yet the day before he had the phone for $600.liars.costomer asked me for his name.what was he afraid of?no cooperation between the store and t mobile.

Transferred 3 phone lines from Verizon over to T-Mobile and had a great experience at this store. Manager Kevin, Dylan and Alisha were awesome - made the switch very easy and had us all set up with new iPhones in quick fashion. Strongly recommend this store for anyone looking for a new cell or wanting to switch providers!

It was very sad that my 83 year old mom had decided to try an android phone when she was used to iPhone so she returned everything and wanted a new iPhone and was told "we don't feel comfortable selling you another phone at this location because of your return.
