I don’t know what the guys name was that helped us but he was Asian, he helped us twice and was rude and unhelpful both visits, like he was annoyed we were there. He suggested we get a refurbished phone online because my mother wanted a free or cheap phone, but he never said it wouldn’t work with T-Mobile towers or suggested what type of phone to get. We dealt with Andrew when we bought new phones. When we went back with the new phones we also saw Andrew. Both times was so pleasant. Andrew is so nice, his knowledge about the phones was very impressive. You are lucky to have him working in this store. Thank you Andrew

The rep that I talked to was in a little hurry and he just left off from the desk with out even saying if I am done or not. What a bad experience I ever had. Not recommended. Thumbs down

Was sent to this location by customer service for a sim issue with a business internet account. Was told we could switch the card out at the location. Staff had no interest in helping. Customer service stated we had a ticket open,added the employee, a separate call back number. Store refused to look anything up and said call customer service and have them send a new sim. We have 12+ cell lines, Dialpad, and Internet. Looks like we will be canceling services.

I was at this store twice today, and the customer service was pretty awful. We wanted to switch over our numbers from a Vz acct and another T-mobile account to be on a plan together, and the staff were overall dismissive. We were told to go home and do most of the process on the phone with customer service and then come back to buy the phone multiple times. We ended up beginning the process of setting up the account at the store and being rushed out so the guys could watch the game on the in-store TV. They gave us the wrong ... read more
